Auto Damage Appraisals
We will physically examine the auto and prepare an unbiased damage repair cost appraisal using independent repair time judgment, accurate parts/labor pricing. We document VIN, mileage, options/equipment. List unrelated prior damage, open items, tire tread, and overall condition of vehicle. Photos taken to document report.
Heavy Equipment Appraisals
The same consideration is given to Heavy Equipment as personal transportation vehicles. We are aware of downtime with commercial vehicles and do our best to expedite repairs with owner and shop.
Recreational Vehicle Appraisals
Our office is located near the RV Capital of the world, Elkhart, Indiana. We are very familiar with the construction and warranty procedures of the manufacturers. Each file is documented with the standard appraisal features. We work with the repair shops to ensure that the repair is conducted according to insurance guidelines. We try to advise if damage is caused by a single occurrence or is in actuality a long time condition. We prefer inspection at repair facility.
Motorcycle Damage Appraisal & Valuation Service
We prefer to inspect these units at the repair facility. Careful consideration is given to parts replacement versus repair.

Mechanical Inspection
Units are inspected at the repair facility after tear down. We will photo damage and report if consistent with loss description or warranty parameters.
Estimate Review and Desk Audits
Fax/email the shop estimate to us. We will conduct a computer assisted review, check for calculations, labor time, parts pricing and errors.
Repairer Reinspection Service
Fax shop estimate to us. Appraiser will physically inspect vehicle and compare shop estimate with vehicle damage. We will check for inflated straightening times, replacement part judgment, refinishing procedures, assumed damage, listing prior damage, etc.
Lease End/Turn-In Condition Report and Evaluation Services
Units are physically inspected and reports submitted with condition report that includes wholesale and/or retail cash value.
Insurance Policy Independent Appraisal Clause Invocation and Arbitration Services
We are available to assist both the insurance company and/or private clients in an unbiased evaluation of the vehicle in question. Please contact our office for more information. We also serve as arbitrator for these disputes. |
