Immediate contact is made with the owner of vehicle as soon as assignment is received. Appointment is made and status is sent to the assigning company. Units located in tow yards or body shops/service departments are normally inspected within two business days. Vehicles that are being driven may take longer to inspect, depending on the owner’s schedule.

Appraisals are completed using the ADP estimate writing system and uploaded back through your selected source (email, CCC, Audatex, Claim Force, Scene Access, Performance Claims, etc.) within 24 hours of inspection.

Claim Status is vital. Every assignment is important to us and handled with great care. If there is a delay (scheduling problem, parts pricing requisition, missed appointments, weather, etc) status is sent immediately.
